- Establish and enforce league rules, policies, and standards, including age verification of players
- Promote athlete safety and risk management practices
- Support coach, official, and volunteer training and development
- Coordinate league, tournament, and recreational programming
- Encourage sportsmanship, inclusion, and fair competition
- Manage strategic initiatives that strengthen youth sports participation
- Foster community involvement and engagement
